about the pose. I was trying to imitate a buddhist sculpture from indonesia i saw on megazine sometimes ago. i felt so peaceful just by seeing the picture of it, so i tried, to capture that feeling for this drawing. i wish i can find that picture and post it here to share with all of you...it is a truely beautiful artwork. And let's pray for peace be with everyone in Indonesia - and also anywhere else :)

This is really beautiful! I like the pose the gentle smile on her face. The colors are lovely, too.
